SUMMARY OF WORK: The project consists of The Renovation of existing Four and Five-Story Timber and Masonry Industrial Buildings into Residential Apartments. Asbestos and hazardous material remediation is part of this project. The final spaces will primarily consist of residential apartments on above grade floors. There is some office space and common amenity functions on the basement and ground floor levels. The Site Development will include new parking lots, sidewalks, and planted areas. The building will contain 128 apartments with a total bed count of 166. The building is 158,000+/-sf.
