Hueber-Breuer Construction Co., Inc. is hereby requesting BIDS for East Fayette Syracuse Community Health Center (SCHC) located at 1938 East Fayette Street, Syracuse, NY.

WE ARE REQUESTING 2 SEPARATE BIDS (1) EAST AND (1) MAIN (Main went out last week)

SUMMARY OF WORK
The interior partial renovations of a 8,230 SF space within a 16,180 gsf +/- existing medical building. Renovations include work to be phased in 2 split phases where +/- half of the renovation space will be operated by the owner. Renovations include selective demolition, new finishes and paint, new toilet room configurations, new casework and front desk, HVAC upgrades including new RTU, electrical modifications, new FA in the warehouse.

Project Work is to be split in 2 phases (East Portion 1st, West Portion 2nd).
A phased schedule and annotated phasing plan will be provided to all bidders within the bid period at a later date.
 

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:

NYS Sales & Use Tax Status: Tax Exempt
NYSDOL Prevailing Wages: NOT Required
M/WBE Participation: 30% MWBE Required consisting of a 15% MBE and 15% WBE split. Workforce is highly encouraged to consist of minority and women workers and further the workforce is encouraged to consist of local community based workforce. The project will engage community and training partner to assist in workforce development and goals to work directly with subcontractors on the project. 
Performance & Payment Bonds: YES Required
