    Summary of Work

    Construction of new Lecture Hall on the SUNY Binghamton University Campus.

    4-story steel framed; 90,000 gsf +/-; net zero energy capable building; featuring (x3) state-of-the-art lecture halls, active learning classrooms, main lobby, office spaces, gang bathrooms, mechanical penthouse and other utility rooms, and (x3) stair towers.

    The exterior site work will include new parking lot, sidewalks with curbing, quarry block retaining wall, fencing, benches, bike racks, and various plantings/landscaping.

    • NYS Sales & Use Tax Status: Tax Exempt
    • NYSDOL Prevailing Wages: Project is being managed under a Project Labor Agreement and NYSDOL Prevailing Wages are required (PRC # – 2023003614)
    • M/WBE Participation: 15% MBE, 15% WBE, 6% SDVOB total project goals   
    • Performance & Payment Bonds: Required for any contract value over $1,000,000.00. Please itemize the cost of bond (if applicable)
