SUMMARY OF WORK:
The project base bid consists of Renovation of select portions of an existing 3-story, 32,184 SF Building where renovations occupy the 111 Waverly Ave side as well as the 804 University Ave side. Alterations include, demolition of finishes, framing, some MEPs in order to reconfigure the existing spaces including demolition of the existing elevator, new walls, fixtures, ceilings, paint, patching existing walls, new flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, IT adjustments, FA adjustments, some doors/alum entrances, new elevator & elevator shaft, replacing sprinkler heads, HVAC modifications and re-balancing, controls adjustments, etc. as shown per the plans. All interior finishes and equipment are to be protected or replaced per contract documents. All work mentioned above is supplemental information to what is outlined in the contract documents.
