Hueber-Breuer was called upon to provide pre-construction services, conceptual design planning and oversight, as well as general construction for the Church of the Living Word Senior Apartments. The ADA compliant apartments were completed during one of the bitterest winters on record yet the schedule still demanded a quick turnaround.

Like the Church of the Living Word project, Hueber-Breuer offered more than construction management services at the Cottages at Garden Grove. With our value engineering strategies, the project was redesigned when costs came in over budget. It resulted in cost savings to the owner by being completed on time and on budget.
