    Hueber-Breuer Construction Co., Inc. is hereby requesting BIDS for River Hospital, 4 Fuller Street, Alexandria Bay, NY 13607

    Summary of Work

    The project consists of 9,050 sf renovation at the Basement and Second Floor Level of the Hospital, a 2-story infill addition adjacent to the renovation area that is approximately 3,600 sf total, and related structural and M/E/P/FP work to support the project. There will also be sitework to re-work an existing drive around the addition, and relocation of existing dumpsters for the Hospital. The Second Floor of the Hospital includes a full renovation of an existing Medical/Surgical Patient Unit and the Basement Scope includes renovation and addition to support a new dining area, staff break/lockers, staff offices and Imaging Spaces. Scope of work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing areas, structural work, and upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, casework, and finishes, as well as sitework.
