The facility includes production space, laboratory areas, temperature‑ and pressure‑sensitive clean rooms with entry air locks, offices, and a customer/visitor lobby.

The first‑floor production area supports heavy‑duty equipment and manufacturing, testing, and material processing operations, with adjacent offices for conference rooms and site leadership.

Mezzanine‑level offices house engineering and design teams and are positioned alongside an 80,000‑square‑foot walkable ceiling and mechanical mezzanine above the production floor, allowing equipment maintenance without disrupting critical operations.

During the project, wetlands engineering was coordinated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, along with town planning permit approvals.
