    Property Description

    The Syracuse Community Health Center project consisted of new construction for a medical office facility and also the renovation of a medical building.

    New Construction: Steel framed medical office facility. The programming of the building consists of exam rooms, offices, nurse stations, operatory rooms, staff support/multi-use, fitness area, pharmaceuticals, and dental.

    Renovation: Selective demolition, new finishes and paint, new toilet room configurations, new casework and front desk, HVAC upgrades including new RTU, electrical modifications, new FA in the warehouse.
