Credit Union
120 Factory Street Calcium New York United States
- Price: $1 Million
- Type: Retail
- Purpose: Retail
Property Description
Back in 1955, a group of New York Air Brake employees founded Northern Federal Credit Union in Watertown, New York. Their goal was to create a safe, secure place where employees could grow their savings and obtain loans at reasonable rates something the existing financial institutions in town weren’t providing. Over time, the credit union grew, expanding its services and branches. Understanding their goal to maintain quality for their members, Hueber-Breuer was selected to build NFCU’s new, drive-up banking facility. The structure is a single story building with a structural steel skeleton, with both wood and light gauge steel framing. The building also features exposed mechanical ductwork and pre-engineered wood truss roof system.
