    Property Description

    The Moyer project consisted of the renovation of an existing multi-story timber and masonry industrial complex into residential apartments. The final spaces primarily include residential apartments with some office space and common amenity functions on the ground floor. The project is listed on the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places and includes historic features throughout the project. The site development included brownfield remediation and redevelopment into a fully gated new parking lot and courtyard. The building contains 128 apartments with a total bed count of 166.
