Our participation included extensive estimate updates and value engineering reviews. With a keen focus on sustainability, reuse, and proper material recycling, Hueber-Breuer revitalized what would become the first building in Central New York to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Sustainable building components such as daylight harvesting and super thermal envelope allows King + King Architects to function at near-zero net energy usage.
