Property Description
Formerly known as the Tech Garden, the INSPYRE Innovation Hub project included the renovation of the existing 34,000 SF ground floor facility and the construction of two additional floors, transforming into a 91,000 SF building. A new exterior wall system for the entire structure and an expanded footprint for a new first floor lobby was included with this project, including stair towers and elevators. The facility also received new electrical, HVAC, and full building sprinkler systems.
The INSPYRE Innovation Hub is a collaborative community where entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders meet to create, develop, and scale new ventures.
