    The construction of the Coda project consisted of a new 6-story apartment housing with a basement parking garage (7 levels), 282 units, 375 beds, and associated amenity
    spaces. There are five stories of wood framed
    construction on top of a structural steel
    frame podium. Heated walks/patio/private
    courtyard, outdoor kitchen, 4 season heated
    pool and spa, and cabanas were part of
    this project. Site development includes new
    drives, sidewalks and planted areas.
