Property Description
This project included demolition of the existing front entry and created a new grand foyer with visitor check in. Brick columns accentuate the radius roof structure above the entry. The existing cafeteria was completely remodeled and upgraded. New kitchen and serving line equipment was installed and the cafeteria was remodeled to add a 2,900 SF student commons area and a CBA spirit store.
On the north side of the campus, three existing class rooms were demolished to make room for an 11,300 SF, two-story expansion for the new library, computer lab, A/V studio, and three new class rooms. The project was completed in phases. The cafeteria and front entry were done first and the two-story addition was completed next. All spaces were ready for students and staff when they returned from winter break in January 2020.
