Property Description

The Central Utica Building Ambulatory Surgery Center project consisted of new construction for a state-of-the-art medical office building.

Mohawk Valley Health System: The 1st floor of this new facility includes a new blood draw with lab (1,347 SF), an Imaging Suite (10,080 SF) consisting of two (2) x-ray scanners, one (1) fluoroscopy scanner, one (1) CT Scanner and one (1) PET/CT scanner, and a 4,000 SF Pharmacy servicing all MVHS facilities in the region. A portion of the third floor was fitted out for multiple Physicians groups and the balance of the third floor was customized for a much needed Ambulatory Surgery Suite (17,365 SF). The surgery suite contains four (4) operating rooms and space for two (2) future operating rooms.

Central New York Cardiology: The entire second floor (~30,000 SF) houses a fully integrated Cardiology floor with full imaging (Nuclear Cameras and PET/CT scanners) and outpatient procedure capabilities in addition to exam and office space.
