SUMMARY OF WORK:
Construction of a new 5-story Apartment Housing with a basement parking garage (6 levels). 286 units, 425 beds, and associated amenity spaces. Building footprint 59,800 sf +/- with a gross square footage at roughly 287,960 sf +/-. Five stories of wood framed construction on top of a structural steel frame “podium”. The Site Development will include new drives, sidewalks, and planted areas.
