Hueber-Breuer Construction Co., Inc. is hereby requesting BIDS for The Renovation/Redevelopment of the Mayflower at 1030 East Genesee St. six-story building into residential apartments. Total project site is roughly 72,400 GSF. Total unit count after completion to be 48 units, 99 beds. The project includes the addition of a North Exterior Stair, and Plaza.
