SUMMARY OF WORK:  

The Historically sensitive Renovation/Redevelopment of (4) four existing buildings into senior residential apartments. New utility services to each building.

• Project site is roughly 7.5 acres. To be split into four parcels.
• Total building area is roughly 252,930 GSF
  Building A) Franciscan Academy: 68,000gsf +/-; 55 units
  Building B) Convent School and Library: 66,000gsf +/-; 51 units
  Building C) Sisters Wings: 63,000gsf +/-; 50 units
  Building D) Motherhouse: 50,000gsf +/-; 25 units.
• Total unit count after completion to be 181 units, 181 beds.
