Syracuse, NY — The long-awaited renovation of Syracuse Hancock International Airport will cost about $50 million, 21 percent less than the $63 million city officials had expected.
Hueber-Breuer Construction Co., of Syracuse, submitted the lowest of six bids opened Tuesday at city hall — $49.7 million. The highest bid came in at $53.3 million.
