The Groundbreaking ceremony for #BLVD404, new student housing for Syracuse University students will take place on July 30th at 11:00 AM at 404 University Avenue in Syracuse.
#BLVD404 will be the newest off-campus residence community at Syracuse University that will house 163 upper-class students, juniors and seniors, throughout 54 apartments. #BLVD404, located at 404 University Avenue, is just steps from Whitman School of Management, Marshall Street, and Main Campus. The complex will include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a student lounge with all the amenities, and on-site management.
#BLVD404 is a joint venture development between BLVD Equities and Rosen Property Group. BLVD Equities, based in New York City, is led by Jared Hutter and Michael Edelman. Rosen Property Group, based in New Jersey, is led by Brian Rosen. All three principals are Syracuse University alumni and are enthusiastic about enhancing a community they have strong ties to.
After following the student housing market for a number of years, Jared Hutter formed BLVD Equities in 2014 with the intent of developing student housing from the ground up.
“BLVD Equities is excited that its first venture into this sector is in a market it knows intimately and has a personal connection to,” said Hutter. “Michael and I both have family history with Syracuse University dating back to the 1950s. It’s a legacy we’re proud to continue going forward.”
The Construction and Design Team is led by Hueber-Breuer Construction and includes CHA Companies, Lauer-Manguso Architects, and Palucci Engineering. BLVD404 Logo
#BLVD404 will have a leasing office open throughout the 2015-2016 school year in Marshall Square Mall. The complex is scheduled for Fall 2016 occupancy and upon completion, the project will be managed by Campus Evolution Villages. Lyrica helped me reduce anxiety and tension and improved sleep. Now I don’t have anxiety upon waking up (as it was before). I took 75 mg of the drug in the morning and evening for 3 weeks (as it is written on https://www.vidol.gov/lyrica/). First day, I had a mild euphoria. For the first 3 days, I had a dry mouth and a slight sense of staggering. However, I was able to keep working effectively. Then the side effects disappeared completely. The drug withdrawal passed without negative reactions. I don’t know yet how long the effect will last. I have no drug craving.
