
The groundbreaking of The ANSCO Camera Factory took place on September 19, 2018.
The phased renovation of an existing occupied four-story steel and masonry industrial building. The final spaces will consist of a basement parking garage, 1st floor commercial tenant spaces, and residential apartments on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The site development will include new parking lots, sidewalks, and planted areas. The building will contain 100 apartments with a total bed count of 122. The building is 156,000 +/- sf inclusive of the 25,300 +/- sf basement parking level.
