    Hueber-Breuer Construction Co., Inc. is hereby requesting BIDS for GATEWAY APARTMENTS located at 709 E Fayette Street, Syracuse NY 13210 based on Permit Drawings dated 032326

    Summary of Work

    Construction of a new 7-story Apartment Housing with a basement and Ground level parking garage. 282 units, 448 beds, and associated amenity spaces. Building footprint 53,252sf +/- with a gross square footage at roughly 3380,906 sf +/-. Structural Steel floor framing at levels 1, 2, and 3. Wood-framed walls and deck start at level 3 and continue through level 7 (five levels of fire treated wood framing). The Site Development will include new drives, sidewalks, and planted areas. Two parcels of the project site have contaminated soil (701-703 E. Fayette and 705 E. Fayette)
