The Great New York State Fair opened yesterday with the public’s introduction to the newest structure on the fairgrounds. The Exposition Center, an HBP Venture (Hueber-Breuer Construction and The Pike Company) project, welcomed regional and state representatives, along with fairgoers to the brand new multi-purpose facility.
