SUMMARY OF WORK: The Renovation of an existing eight-story office building into commercial tenant space and residential apartments. Residential units on floors 2 thru 8 and Commercial and Amenity spaces on the basement and 1^st floor. Building area totals roughly 80,000 gsf +/- inclusive of basement space. 64 apartments with a total bed count of 71.
