Summary of Work

The Project consists of two 4-Story wood framed multi-family apartment buildings and three 2-story wood framed townhouse buildings.    

• 1. Building A: 68 Units, 106 beds; 81,000gsf +/-
     1. • Rammed aggregate pier ground improvements
        • Two elevators
        • Trash chutes
  2. Building B: 59 Units; 100 beds; 80,000gsf +/-
     1. • Rammed aggregate pier ground improvements
        • Two elevators
        • Trash chutes
  3. Townhouse (TH) Building C: 4 units; 16 beds; 7,400gsf +/-
  4. TH Building D: 8 Units; 27 Beds; 13,140gsf +/-
  5. TH Building E: 8 Units; 27 Beds; 13,140gsf +/-
  6. Site is roughly 3.7acres:
     1. • contains 110 geothermal wells 800’ deep feeding back to each of the buildings.
        • Surface parking lot with concrete sidewalks and curbing.
        • Multi-age playground areas
        • Perimeter fencing.
        • Site furnishings and landscaping.
