    Hueber-Breuer Construction Co., Inc. is hereby requesting BIDS for a New Branch Facility for Canandaigua National Bank & Trust at 7519 Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY

    Summary of Work

    The project consists of new construction of a one-story wood framed building with drive-thru canopy approximately 2,724 square feet to be constructed for a branch banking facility. The structure includes wood truss framing, engineered wood siding, stone cladding and cast stone trim. Work also includes interior framing and finishes with a timber framed barrel vaulted lobby ceiling; and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Sitework improvements includes the installation of entry/exit driveways, parking areas, drive aisles, drive-thru teller facilities, sidewalks, utilities, stormwater management facilities, signage, and landscaping. The project will disturb 0.9 acres.

    Alternate No. 1: XPS Rigid Insulation.
    ADD: 1” XPS rigid insulation below the slab of the entire building.
