    This current bid (ONGOV 119-24) is for Contract 3A-General Construction only. Contracts 3B-3D were previously bid and awarded. The complete set of Contract Documents for all four Prime Contracts are provided with this bid package for the bidder’s information to understand the complete scope of the project.     SUMMARY OF WORK:
    The project consists of the new construction of a 3-story, 69,051 GSF public
    Aquarium facility at the Syracuse Inner Harbor for the County of Onondaga, NY. The previous phase consists of ground improvement, all pile driving, SOME concrete pile caps (not all), site excavation, fill and grading associated with pile caps and disposal of soil materials and is NOT included in this bid.

    This bid’s (Phase 2) scope of work consists of remaining pile caps not previously installed, grade beam foundations, concrete slab-on grade and decks, structural steel, misc. metals, stairs/rails, waterproofing, insulation, framing/sheathing/drywall, exterior façade finishes, windows & storefront/curtainwall systems, doors/frames/hardware, interior finishes, Elevator/Escalators, casework/furnishings, special construction i.e. exhibits construction, life safety systems construction for slat water & fresh water systems, graphics, acrylic glazing, fiberglass aquariums, artificial rock works, etc., landscaping and exterior improvements.
