SUMMARY OF WORK:
The Renovation/Redevelopment of a six-story CIP Concrete frame historic industrial building, an adjacent single story building and a steel framed “barn” into tenant office and program spaces. Project site area is roughly 3.1 acres. The CIP building is roughly 84,600 GSF, the single story building is roughly 6,700gsf, and the barn area is roughly 9,700 GSF. Total building 100,960 GSF +/-.
